聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯

Celanex PBT是一种快速成型的树脂，它具有高强度、高刚性和高韧性。即使在高温下它也具有非常好的抗蠕变。在很多化学品、溶剂、机油、油脂中，它都异常稳定。当您加上它优异的尺寸稳定性，低吸湿率和杰出的绝缘性，您就不难了解Celanex PBT在1969年投放市场后，为什么能开创崭新的工程应用机会。

为了满足各种应用的具体的需求，Celanex PBT有未增强级，以及玻纤或玻纤/矿物混合增强级。在增强和未增强级中都有阻燃和润滑改良品级。其中，有些阻燃品级即使在制件壁厚仅0.8mm（0.032英寸）的情况下，也可以达到UL94阻燃测试标准的V0级别。V0级别的Celanex树脂采用了高性能非迁移阻燃配方。跟据市场要求，Celanex PBT的阻燃体系都属低迁移和非卤素。

非填充级别Celanex具有不同的熔融粘度，可适用于不同的加工工艺, 包括注塑成型工艺，以及从用于纤维熔融喷丝到产生板材、棒材、光纤缓冲器和闸线衬垫等所需的挤出技术。
